The project analyzed call center data, focusing on agent performance metrics, call volume, and call topics, aiming to derive valuable insights through interactive and insightful visualizations.

To analyze the factors influencing employee separation, detailed visualizations were created in three distinct areas.

Overview of the Sections:

Departmental Analysis

Departments were analyzed individually to identify if any had significantly higher or lower separation rates compared to others. Factors that might influence these rates were evaluated, including employee responses regarding Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance, and Frequency of Business Travel.

Employee Satisfaction Analysis

In the second section, the critical impact of employee satisfaction in various areas on separation was examined. Insights related to these factors were made readily available to the user through a direct access button.

In-Depth Focus

The analysis focused on Job Satisfaction and Work-Life Balance to investigate the identified influencing factors further. Insights regarding the causes of dissatisfaction among employees in these areas were provided to the user.
